ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW LETTER FROM A PARTNER

WHY BIKES

FREEDOM: For many of us, our bicycle was our first glimpse at freedom. It allowed us to expand our accessible world from our backyard, to our friends and local businesses. This freedom can engage new opportunities for work, play, and happiness.

PHYSICAL and MENTAL HEALTH: There have been many studies proving the benefits of exercise. Bicycling engages the whole body while freeing the mind. Just riding on familiar streets with the wind in the hair is enough to ease the mind and transport you to another place, even for a short time.

ENERGIZING COMMUNITY: With a sense of belonging comes a reactive sense of pride. Where happiness thrives, so does an energy among the community. Whether it is attracting more tourism, watching a supported team race, or just helping bring the community together for an event, bicycles give a push towards promoting economy.

MEET THE CREW

ANDREW WALLACE

Andrew is the other Co-Founder of Mutt Society. He oversees operations, event management, and sponsorships. He never backs down, bird of prey.

Trent Sanders

Trent is the Co-Founder of the Mutt Society. He handles day-to-day operations and is a sucker for, "I bet you can't do that."

TANIA LILLAK

Tania has supported the Mutt Society since day one. She continuously lends a hand with athletes, events, partnerships, and fundraising. She is also the best rider on our crew.

MIKE KIRTLEY

An absolute legend in apparel/footwear development and design, Mike leads our product development and design crew. His accent lets him get his way more than we like...but he's usually right.

Aaron Chase

A lot of legends on this crew. Aaron has shaped the mountain bike world over a couple decades. Now he helps us with our athletes, production, and forming ideas for our initiatives.

JON DIVAIO

As the Northeast Athlete manager for Red Bull, Jon brings insight into our partnerships, ambassador program, and event refinement. He is genuinely the most resourceful person we know.

SEAN MITCHELL

One of the nicest men on the planet, Sean leads our production initiatives. Because he is always behind the camera, I had to choose the only image on Googe Images of him.

Samuel Paul

Sam has just joined the team but is leading fundraising efforts. He brings with him a level of professionalism that we have been lacking. He also cooks a mean bananna bread.

Andy "Douce" Doucette

We have worked with Douce since our days working with the Chill Program. He is an incredible human and is managing our Athlete and Ambassador program.

Sara Godek

Sara is assisting us in Athlete and Ambassador planning and engagement. She is an incredible person, skier, and MTB maniac and we appreciate her massive positivity.
