Supporting Aspiring Athletes
The World, 2022: From our roots, we have had a vision of supporting aspiring athletes and helping them chase a dream that otherwise would only be that; a dream. Although our program is young, we are proud to have had a hand in bringing several athletes to the world stage.
Each athlete has different needs and we work with each at the beginning of the season to outline what their greatest needs might be. From travel, team support, entrance fees, and gear; the list is variable.
But one thing we can’t provide is the energy, positive outlook at the beginning of a race, and the hard work it takes to be a professional athlete.

The Queen of Downhill
Returning to the team this year was Valentina Roa Sanchez, the “Queen of Downhill” in Colombia.
Valentina is the current leading Pro Downhill and Enduro female in Columbia. Valentina also raced as a Junior Expert racer in the US National Series and UCI World Cup races in 2022 and broke onto the podium 4 times, ending the season 6th in the world.
We are extremely excited, proud, and anticipatory of what she will be able to bring between the tape next year.
ProBuilds Racing
ProBuilds Racing is a mountain bike race team based out of Eastern Pennsylvania and made up of Elite and Professional racers from the eastern United States (PA, NH, WV, VA) and Columbia. We have competed in international, national and regional series and races, which notably include the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, National Downhill Series (NDHS), Eastern States Cup (ESC), Downhill Southeast (DHSE) series, and the annual US Open of Mountain Biking. In 2021, three of our Elite professional racers were selected and raced in UCI Mountain Bike World Cup downhill races at Les Gets, France; Maribor, Slovenia; and Snowshoe, West Virginia.
Our primary focus for 2022 was to prepare for and complete in UCI World Cup races and the leading national and regional race series in the United States. Our race team will be narrowed down in 2022 to focus solely on our 4 Elite/Pro Men racers and 1 rising Elite Female racer.
ProBuilds Racing supports our racers during the race season and off-season, which includes training skills, mechanical support, and team management. At the races, our race support Sprinter vehicle dually serves as a mobile race repair shop and brand marketing tool as our sponsors’ logos are prominently displayed on the vehicle wrap. Our pit setup additionally includes custom pop up tents which provide a professional space for our riders to properly prepare for their races. Our race support staff includes a team manager, team mechanic, team photographer/ videographer, and coaches/mentors with a combined 50+ years of racing experience.
